The incident occurred last evening when the minibus, on its way to Kakryal from Katra in Reasi district, turned turtle near Chak Bhagta due to rash driving, they said.
The victims, identified as Prabhu Dayal (60) and Anil (17), died on the spot and five others got injured, they said adding that the injured were rushed to hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver of the minibus fled the scene after the incident, police said, adding that a case was registered and investigation has begun.
