Additional District and Sessions Judge Raghuvar Dayal sentenced Jamuna Oraon and Sudarshan Oraon to ten years rigorous imprisonment for raping a married woman at Saraidih village in Chatarpur on 18 October in 2008.
The court also slapped them with Rs 5000 fine each, failing which they will have to serve three months imprisonment. However, both the sentence will run concurrently.
The incident had occurred when the victim was on way to her in-laws place immediately after her wedding.
