Chief Judicial Magistrate Arun Kumar Nandi ordered the judicial custody for Das, who is accused of killing his girlfriend Akansha Sharma in Bhopal and his parents in Raipur.
Das will make a statement to the magistrate under section 164 CrPC tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Raipur police has filed a petition seeking transit remand for Das.
Das allegedly killed his parents and buried them in the lawns of their house in Raipur seven years ago. He also allegedly killed his girlfriend and entombed her body last year.
