Kale, who was lodged in Central Jail Agra, was brought with two other prisoners in the ACJM court here for hearing, police said.
As soon as his turn for the hearing came, he leaped out of the court window and fled.
"Borders have been sealed and extra force has been deployed to nab him. Message has been sent by wireless to different police stations," Superintendent of Police Raju Babu Singh said.
Kale was facing trial for robbery, theft and some other cases.
