UP Cong protests against BJP for trying to topple their govt

Congressmen today staged protests across Uttar Pradesh against BJP-led NDA government's "conspiracy" to topple Congress dispensations in states.
"Party workers staged dharnas at city and district headquarters against imposition of President's rule in Uttarakhand by toppling the duly-elected government and conspiring to bring down other Congress governments," Congress spokesperson Virendra Madan said.
Senior Congress leaders also took part in the protest programmes at different places.
