"Vantage Circle has revolutionised the employee benefits system in India and is creating a win-win-win situation for the employees, the Corporates and the brands, while simultaneously enhancing its own sustainable business model," start-up investor Raghu Bathina said.
"We (are) extremely excited about some of the new innovations we have forth coming which will significantly add value to our consumers and partners. Our soon to be launched mobile application will allow the employees and their families to have these privileges on-the-go," Vantage Circle CEO Partha Neog said.
Brands are also excited to be on board as they reach their target customer with pin-point accuracy, added Neog.
Vantage Circle has the potential to tap a fast growing working demographic, and with its recommendation technology backed by high scale infrastructure, it aims to be the one-stop shop for employee privilege benefits, the release said.
