Vijaykant's brother passes away

A.Balraj, brother of DMDK leader Vijaykanth, died here today after brief illness, his family members said.
57-year old Balraj had joined AIADMK last year though he worked as a fan of Vijayakanth in his earlier days.
Balraj, in his last years, was in penury, struggling to meet his personal and family expenses, they said.
