"We have invested Rs 115 crore from April 2014 to March 2015 on ramping up network and distribution in the circle as part of an endeavour to be future ready," Vodafone India's Business Head (MP-CG) Circle, Manish Kumar told PTI here today.
The company has been focusing on the key areas of customisation, enhanced connectivity and retail in the circle, he said.
Pursuing an accelerated growth strategy since April 2014, Vodafone has added over 500 new sites, 109 retail outlets and taken M-Pesa, its Mobile money transfer service, deeper into the migrant pockets to engage more closely with a diverse customer base, Kumar said.
