In a letter to Assembly Speaker P Sreeramakrishnan, the former Chief Minister said no special room was granted to him at the complex so far even though he was a senior member of the House with cabinet rank, sources close to him said.
Though Ministers and Opposition leader enjoyed special room and other facilities at the Assembly complex, he was not offered any of that, it said.
The nonagenarian leader recently came out against the Pinarayi Vijayan government's decision to allot his office as ARC Chairman at IMG building and wanted the office space at the Secretariat main building.
But, the government did not accept his demand.
