Yo Yo Tigers had refused to take the field for their match against California Eagles on Wednesday. California Eagles were awarded a walkover and two points.
Then on Thursday, Yo Yo Tigers players again refused to take field against United Singhs, who also got a walkover.
On Wednesday night, Yo Yo Tigers players officially lodged a formal complaint to the league regarding pending payments.
CEO of Wave WKL Raman Raheja added: "On Wednesday night we got the written complaint from players of Yo Yo Tigers about the payments due to them. They said that was the reason for their refusal to play. This is clear violation of the league rules and thus we have ordered an inquiry into the whole episode.
