"Losing is not fun. We are looking forward to the game against Chennai Super Kings on the morrow. We are focusing on ourselves," Wright told reporters on the eve of MI's second league match against CSK.
"Winning is far more enjoyable. We are looking at a combination that would make us a winning outfit. We have very talented players. It's a question of finding a combination", he said.
MI lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore by two runs in their IPL opener in Bangalore last night.
Wright said he was impressed by the performance of MI's new find, pacer Jasprit Bumrah of Gujarat in last night's match against RCB.
"He has some pace and an interesting action. He offers a little bit of variation for us. He had an interesting start in front of a big crowd last night," said Wright.
On his responsibility in shaping Mumbai Indians as a winning combination, Wright said, "I organise the net sessions, Anil Kumble brings in valuable inputs and Ponting the captaincy.
