The track, which is already available in the US and parts of Europe, will be available to download in the UK on December 9, reported Digital Spy.
Spears's UK publicist confirmed that the track's release had been brought forward "due to demand", while iTunes has the song listed as available to pre order.
'Scream & Shout' is currently number one on US iTunes and has topped the tally in 16 other countries since its release last week.
The song's music video, which was unveiled during last week's 'X Factor' USA, has clocked up almost 14 million views in five days.
