Wipro and OpenLink will also work towards creating service excellence for customers, especially in the area of testing services, product upgrades and support services.
The companies will identify co-development opportunities based on market needs, that will benefit a larger customer base.
"Wipro has a dedicated global Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management centre of excellence that will give the right impetus to this alliance for creating a scalable service delivery framework for customers," Wipro Chief Executive (Energy, Natural Resources and Utilities Business Unit) Anand Padmanabhan said.
