The 34-year-old accused Ghyanshyam murdered the victim Gangajali by hacking her to death in Trikolia village on Monday night, Station House Officer Raj Kumar Yadav said.
The victim's body was recovered from a well yesterday, Yadav said.
The accused has been arrested, he said, adding that the investigation is underway.
