The victim's relatives stated in their complaint that Santosh Kumar, a local resident, had molested the victim several times, police said today.
"On Friday evening, when the victim had gone to fields to answer the call of nature, the accused had torn off her clothes," the complainants said.
They alleged that Dela Devi, 52, the mother of accused, had been instigating her son.
The woman and her son are absconding, police said.
