Supratim Sarkar Joint CP (HQ) of Kolkata Police, will now be the additional commissioner of police-III in Kolkata Police and will also hold the additional charge of his present post, according to a government notification.
Pallab Kanti Ghosh, who held the post of special additional CP and joint CP of intellgience in Kolkata, will now be IGP of telecommunication.
Rajesh Kr Singh, now the special IG and DIG of Burdwan range has been promoted as IGP of Burdwan range.
Enforcement Branch's special IG and DIG Kalyan Kumar Mallick has been promoted as IGP in the same branch.
IPS Ajit Kumar Sarkar has been sent in his place.
