Youth arrested for allegedly raping five-year-old girl
The alleged incident took place at Lasudia Dhakar village last night.
The victim, who is only five years old, was admitted in the district hospital in serious condition, said Mandi police station in-charge Pradeep Gurjar.
According to the local people, the accused is mentally unstable.
Police have registered a case under section 376 (rape) of the IPC and under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
