Additional District and Sessions Judge Madhu Khanna Lali yesterday convicted Manoj Kumar of Mayyar village in the district.
Besides, the accused was ordered to pay a fine of Rs 6000 and in case of default he would further undergo an imprisonment of three months.
The court also directed him to pay Rs 50,000 from the fine to the victim.
The victim, who had lost her parents, was living with her grandmother in Hansi.
A relative of the victim had lodged a report in Hansi Police Station on April 19, 2013, alleging that his 17-year-old relative was abducted and raped by Manoj.
The girl was recovered after four days when Manoj was arrested from Narnaund bus stand.
