Debt Issues Dominated Primary Market In 1999-2000

National Building Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC) has been awarded `Prime Minister's MoU Award' for excellence in the achievement of MoU targets for the year 1998-99. Teh award has been instituted by ministry of heavy industry & Public enterprises, according to a company statement.
