The Delhi High Court yesterday dismissed a public interest litigation challenging the proposed sale of 21 Westland helicopters, which were purchased for over Rs 130 crore and at present grounded, for a meagre rs five crore. A division bench comprising justice Arun Kumar and justice Dalveer Bhandari termed the case as a old political case and dismissed questioning as to why the petitioner, BLWadhera, took so much of time to come to the court.
