India Dialogue

India is willing to initiate a dialogue with its neighbours without any pre-conditions to resolve all outstanding issues, Indian ambassador to the US Naresh Chandra said while addressing admirals and generals at the US Pacific command in Honolulu on security concerns of India, a press release said.
