Pak Resorts To Shelling In Uri

PAKISTANI TROOPS resorted to shelling in the border town of Uri in north Kashmir on Thursday night damaging a number of houses, official sources said.

The unprovoked shelling from across the border continued for four hours. Artillery and mortar shells were fired targeting forward Indian positions in the sector. However, there was no casualty, they said.
