Tata Unisys To Become Tata Infotech After Equity Shake-Up

Tata Unisys Ltd, will be renamed Tata Infotech Ltd, following the Tata Sons decision to acquire the 40 per cent stake held by Unisys Corporation.

At an EGM to be convened on January 28 in Mumbai, the company will seek shareholders approval for the proposed change in name.
