India vs Australia 2nd Test match will take place on the Boxing Day (Dec 26) at Melbourne Cricket Ground. India needs to bounce back after a humiliating defeat in the 1st Test

In a bid to secure a top-two finish on the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) points table, India will kick-start its Test campaign against Australia at the Adelaide Oval, starting December 17. The four-match bilateral Test series between India and Australia is also termed as Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which is currently held by the Indian cricket team. However, India has an torrid start in the 4-match series as Australia won the first test by 8 wickets after bowling out India to its lowest Test score of 36 in the second innings.
