Nasdaq-listed network infrastructure supplier 3Com Corporation has appointed Inspira Enterprise India as the exclusive distributor for all its networking products and solutions in India. Inspira is an IT services and solutions provider and will be responsible for all of 3Com’s sales, marketing, distribution and servicing activities in the country.
It will set up a Customer Management Centre to serve as a single point of contact for all Indian customers, providing multi-lingual 24/7 fault management support and other services including a demo centre in New Delhi to showcase 3Com’s solutions.
