ADCS launches new solution

ADC Systems Private Limited (ADCS) has launched a new total password automation solution "� DigitalPersona Pro 3.0. The company is targeting IT, ITES, financial institutions and government institutions to market the enterprise security product.
 
"More than 80 per cent of security attacks investigated by Computer Emergency Response team (CERT) are password related. The Pro 3.0 solution gives administrators control over passwords and improves corporate security," said Samuel Wu, sales manager, Digital Persona Asia Limited.
 
ADCS has a non-exclusive distributorship with Digital Persona Inc, the US-based provider of fingerprint recognition systems for enterprise and mainstream computing.
 
The cost of implementation for Pro 3.0 client software and sensor for a single user is Rs 9,000. Pro 3.0 uses fingerprint-based identity technology to manage access control, internet transactions, digital identification, financial software, library management, healthcare and time and attendance.
 
" The size of the Indian biometric security systems market is Rs 400 crore. The demand for these solutions keeps growing as MNCs are demanding higher security environment," said C Meena, managing director of ADCS.
 
ADC Systems Private Limited, which registered a turnover of Rs 2 crore in last fiscal, is targeting to achieve a turnover of Rs 5 crore in the current fiscal.
