| The new subsidiary called, Huper LDT, will focus on corporate e-learning solutions and develop instructionally designed content. The content developed and created at Huper LDT will be primarily consumed by the corporate houses for their internal training division. |
| According to Excelsoft chief executive officer D Sudhanva, the primary objective of Huper LDT is to become India's leading creators of simulations and gaming content for the corporate market. The verticals focused on by Huper would be banking, finance, IT, ITeS and pharma. |
| "Huper LDT would also be the back-end development house for creating animations for Excelsoft for the UK market and e-learning content for the West Asia market. This unit would be hiring about 250 people over the next one year," Sudhanva stated in a press release here on Wednesday. |
| Huper LDT has also signed up with Xora, a California-based company, to provide consulting services in the area of performance-oriented curriculum design. It will assist Xora in speeding up the training time and close the performance gaps of new employees before hitting the work floor. Xora is a leading provider of solutions for tracking workforce through the mobile phones. |
| Excelsoft has its primary development centre in Mysore, and a sales and support operation in the UK via its subsidiary company. It also has partners in several other countries including the UAE, Singapore, and the US. |
