i-flex solutions net up 57.60%

i-flex solutions has registered a 57.60 per cent increase in its profit at Rs 74.72 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2005, compared with Rs 47.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2004.

Revenues grew 57.37 per cent to Rs 270.86 crore (Rs 172.11 crore). For the year ended March 31, 2005, profit rose 12.37 per cent to Rs 197.64 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005, as compared with Rs 175.88 crore for the year ended March 31, 2004.

Revenues increased 31.90 per cent to Rs 902.86 crore (Rs 684.46 crore). According to the company's notice to the BSE, the board of directors has recommended a dividend of 100 per cent.
