India Post (Karnataka Circle) today announced the launch of online travel ticket booking service in Karnataka on a pilot basis in association with ARM i-Solutions Private Limited, a Chennai-based technology solutions provider.

The service is initially available across 150 post offices across all 28 districts in the state. Karnataka is the second state after Tamil Nadu where India Post has launched the service in 200 post offices.

Branded Genie Ease-Ticket, the service facilitates distribution of all types of travel products like air, train, bus, car, hotels, tour packages and movie tickets from a single platform.
