ISG Novasoft plans Rs 25-cr expansion

ISG Novasoft would be investing about Rs 25 crore for overall expansion this fiscal and would be foraying into public sector as its third focus area in its veriticals after manufacturing and BSFI.

As part of the expansion, the company is looking at setting up a new centre and Delhi is expected to be the likely location.

The company also expects to double its staff strength to around 600 by the end of this fiscal as part of the expansion. In Chennai alone, where it employs around 200-plus in over 35,000 sq ft facility, the staff strength is expected to touch around 500.

"The government compliance is emerging as a next big area with more large public sector companies spending a lot on compliance. But we are looking at a right partner to offer solutions in this vertical," he said.
