MTNL offers four services for Rs 499

State-owned telecom firm Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has launched a scheme under which it will offer four services "" telephone, broadband, Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) and video phone "" for Rs 499 a month.
 
Under the scheme, MTNL will offer 50 free local calls for its fixed line customers, 50 MB free for broadband customers, free channels to IPTV subscribers and free talk time for Voice over Internet Protocol customers. The company also launched videophone services across the country.
