Chennai-based Munoth Communication Limited (MCL) has launched Munoth brand of mobile handsets in Ahmedabad. Through an arrangement with leading mobile phone makers in China including Changhong Communications Ltd, Shenzhen, China and Zechin Mobile International Ltd, Hong Kong, MCL will be manufacturing mobile handsets carrying low radiation and longer battery life.
MCL will also be launching specialised handsets like Viji Royale for stock market applications and Swastik for Jain community, for which MCL will charge a small monthly fee.
