i-Vista Digital Solutions, a provider of interactive marketing and intranet development solutions, has announced that marketing services group R K Swamy Hansa has made a strategic investment in the company which will help the company expand in India and the US. The proposed investment by R K Swamy, which both firms declined to disclose, will be made in a phased manner over three years, leading to a holding of 40 per cent in i-Vista.
Speaking to reporters, here today, Srinivasan Swamy, chairman of R K Swamy Hansa Group, said: "We bring four distinct capabilities to this partnership – depth of management resources, over 200 client relationships, a pan-India and US marketing presence, and financial resources to facilitate scaling up. Our clients in India are seeking the services of i-Vista, and our Hansa Marketing Services, US has commenced offering i-Vista's services to US clients. We are bullish about this partnership."
Founded in 1996, i-Vista employs about 60 people with a turnover of Rs 5 crore. With the strategic partnership in place, the company is targeting a revenue of Rs 20 crore with an employee base of 150 in the next three years, said Narayan Rajan, founder-CEO, i-Vista.
i-Vista offers an intranet solution called iMorfus which helps the users automate the employee-facing transactions. Besides, the company provides full service interactive marketing and communication comprising of search marketing, online media planning and, buying and strategic brand experience development as part of its services business.
