RPO firm expands India footprint

Futurestep, the recruitment outsourcing subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International, the world's largest executive recruitment firm, on Wednesday expanded its global footprint to Bangalore.

This is the company's second expansion to support the growing demand for its services in the country. In June, a year and a half after opening its Indian offices in New Delhi, it opened its Mumbai office.

Since commencing operations in September 2005, Futurestep India has grown 300 per cent. The team, led by Asim Handa, country manager, Futurestep India, will service clients across south India from Bangalore where Korn/Ferry is present.

Founded in 1998, Futurestep is Korn/Ferry International's outsourced recruiting subsidiary, focussing on the creation of recruitment and people solutions based on clients' individual workforce needs.

In addition to recruitment process outsourcing, the company offers project-based recruitment, interim solutions and mid-level recruitment.
