Puneet Resins Ltd, a manufacturer of rubber & PVC compounds, is planning for upgradation of its manufacturing facility. Puneet Resins has informed BSE that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on October 31, 2013, approved the capital expenditure up to Rs 2.75 crore for the modernisation of the Satpur (Nashik) plant of the company. The expenditure will be funded from internal accruals, stated the company.

Puneet Resins has been manufacturing rubber & PVC compounds which have specialised properties such as oil resistance, flame retardancy, ozone resistance, fuel and solvent resistance, etc. These compounds are used to make products such as petrol hose, LPG tubes, footwear, auto parts, protective clothing, seals, conveyor belts, etc.
