 "SRF commissions upgraded technical textile plant at Gwalior")
SRF Ltd, a diversified industrial group having presence in specialty chemicals, engineering plastics and industrial yarns, has completed the upgradation project of its technical textile plant at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. “The modernisation project of technical textile plant at Gwalior has been commissioned and capitalised at a cost of Rs 53.06 crore,” said SRF Ltd in a BSE filing yesterday.
First announced in February last year, the project aims to further boost the company’s presence in the technical textile space.
Apart from technical textiles business, SRF produces refrigerants, engineering plastics and industrial yarns. The company also enjoys a significant presence among the key domestic manufacturers of polyester films and fluoro specialities.
