public issue of 51,42,400 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 90/- per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs.80/- Per Equity Share) (the Issue Price), aggregating Rs.46.28 crores (Issue) out of which, 2,59,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.33 crores is reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 48,83,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 90/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 43.95 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue constitutes 33.00% and 31.34%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 90/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.The floor price is 9.00 times times the face value times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.

Objective of issue

Upgradation of existing manufacturing facility by installation of 1150 mm 4-Hi AGC Reversible Rolling Machine. Repayment/pre-payment, in part, of certain secured and unsecured borrowing availed by our Company. Funding of Working Capital Requirement of our Company. General corporate purposes.
