Kathua (J-K), Mar 29 (ANI): In order to fight against COVID-19 outbreak, repeated requests have been made to people for staying indoors. This has created issues of supplies at the level of households. In order to make it convenient for the citizens of Kathua district, the J-K Police in Kathua in association with District Administration along with various groups has formed a team-'United Kathua'. The group was flagged off by Deputy Commissioner of Kathua OP Bhagat and SSP Shailendra Kumar Mishra of city. They will help needy and helpless amid India lockdown. 'United Kathua' team is having around 300 civil and police volunteers and they shall be delivering the following services-free home delivery of essential items ordered by households, medical assistance and feeding the needy free of cost at their door step.
