New Delhi, Dec 04 (ANI): A Delhi court on Friday reserved order on a criminal complaint against Minister of State for External Affairs General (Retired) VK Singh for his alleged dog remark till December 7. After hearing the submissions of the complainant, Metropolitan Magistrate Muneesh Garg fixed the matter for pronouncement of order on December 7. The complainant said that General (Retd.) Singh had hurt the sentiments of the Dalit community. Earlier, controversy erupted when Singh, while taking about Faridabad killings, said the Centre could not be blamed every time 'a dog is stoned'.
