Amritsar, Oct 04 (ANI): Nearly 10,000 school students performed group dance in Punjab with the aim to create a Guinness record and to spread awareness against drug abuse. The event, organised by the chairman of Sun Foundation, Vikramjit S Sahney, with the help of local administration, was held at Khalsa College in Amritsar city. Sahney announced that Sun Foundation will partner with the government and run a skill and occupational therapy centre in Amritsar. The entire event was monitored by 10 security cameras and judged by 200 judges for five-minute synchronised performance by the largest gathering of participants. Former Indian cricketer, Bishan Singh Bedi, was the chief guest at the event. A young participant expressed her joy over her involvement in creating awareness against drugs abuse. Various songs encouraging youth to stay away from drugs were played throughout the programme.
