Operation Blue Star was a 'well planned conspiracy' by Congress: Harsimrat Kaur
New Delhi, Jun 06 (ANI): United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday met with a Communist Party of China (CPC) delegation at 10 Janpath in the national capital. The eight-member Chinese delegation was led by Li Xi who is the member of Political Bureau of Central Committee of CPC. Earlier in the day, Union External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar had also met the Chinese delegation in Delhi. New Delhi, Jun 06 (ANI): Union Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Thursday called the Operation Blue Star, the military action ordered by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1984 to kick out militants from the Golden Temple in Amritsar, a "well planned conspiracy" which completely destroyed the youth in the following years.
