Harare (Zimbabwe), June 20 (ANI): Indian ambassador to Zimbabwe, R. Masakui, said no cricketer of the national team was involved in the alleged rape of a Zimbabwean woman. He, however, confirmed that two Indian nationals were detained in the case. The controversy erupted after a section of Zimbabwean media reported that an Indian cricketer was arrested on rape allegations. R. Masakui said the Indian embassy was trying to get consular access to the detained persons. Indian cricket team is currently on a tour to Zimbabwe to play three one-day internationals (ODI) and three T20 matches. India have won the ODI series 3-0 and lost the first T20 match to the host.
