Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd, provider of cable and internet services, has reported a 67.7 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 11.25 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2026. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 34.8 crore in the January-March period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing by Hathway Cable, owned by Reliance Industries Group, on late Friday. Its revenue from operations increased 6.37 per cent to Rs 545.85 crore in the March quarter. It was Rs 513.15 crore in the year-ago period. Hathway's revenue from its Cable TV business was Rs 391.61 crore and Rs 143.15 crore from broadband services in Q4 of FY26. Total expenses of Hathway Cable rose 6.6 per cent to Rs 543.79 crore. Hathway Cable's total income, which also includes other income, increased 3.6 per cent to Rs 566.2 crore in the December quarter. For the entire FY26, the profit of Hathway Cable & Datacom declined 11.13 per cent to Rs 82.24 crore. Its total income increased 4.52 .
GTPL Hathway Ltd, provider of cable and internet services, on Tuesday reported a 46.16 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 7.4 crore for the second quarter ended September 2025. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 13.74 crore in the July-September period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from GTPL Hathway, a firm owned by Reliance Industries Group. However, its total revenue was up 12 per cent to Rs 959.05 crore in the September quarter. It was at Rs 855.56 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. During the quarter, its revenue from the Cable TV business was at Rs 802.64 crore and Rs 140.11 crore from internet services in the second quarter of 2025-26. Its total expenses were at Rs 954.40 crore, up 13 per cent in the September quarter. GTPL Hathway's total income, which also includes other income was up 11.9 per cent in the September quarter to Rs 964.93 crore. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 39.82 crore in the October-December period a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from GTPL Hathway, a firm owned by Reliance Industries Group. However, its total revenue was up 24.1 per cent to Rs 850.87 crore in the December quarter. It was at Rs 685.63 crore in the corresponding period a year ago. During the quarter, its revenue from the Cable TV business was at Rs 660.60 crore and Rs 135.20 crore from internet services. GTPL Hathway's total income, which also includes other income, was up 22 per cent in the December quarter to Rs 860.66 crore. Shares of GTPL Hathway Ltd on Thursday closed at Rs 199 on BSE, down 3.91 per cent from the previous close.
