BHEL's CMD receives 2-year extension

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has informed BSE that Department of Heavy Industry vide its communication dated December 31, 2013 has conveyed approval of the competent authority for the extension of tenure of B Prasada Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, BHEL for a period of two years with effect from January 01, 2014, that is beyond superannuation on December 31, 2013.
