Dr S C Jain resigns as DCW's MD

DCW Ltd, one of the leading players in the chlor-alkali, synthetic rutile and PVC business segments in India, has informed BSE major changes in its Board of Directors. Dr S C Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, has resigned as Managing Director and also as Director of DCW Ltd. The Board has appointed him as Chairman Emeritus.
 
While P K Jain, Managing Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Vivek Jain, Senior President, and Mudit Jain, Wholetime Director, have been named as the Managing Directors.
