Phillips Carbon Black's CFO Jateen Kapoor resigns

Jateen Kapoor has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of Phillips Carbon Black Ltd, a part of RP Sanjeev Goenka Group. Phillips Carbon Black has informed BSE that Altaf Jiwani, the erstwhile Chief Financial Officer, has additionally taken over the responsibility of Chief Financial Officer.
 
Jatin Kapoor joined the company as CFO in September 2010, replacing Altaf Jiwani, who was given a new assignment to head a separate division of Phillips Carbon Black as the Executive Director.
