We have been notified by 3i Infotech Inc. USA material subsidiary of the Company (US Subsidiary) on July 14 2025 7:28 p.m. (IST) that US Subsidiary has received an intimation of overpayment from Internal Revenue Service Department of Treasury Cincinnati USA along with payment instrument. Pursuant to this intimation US Subsidiary is entitled to a grant of USD 2144816.87 pertaining to employees retention credit as per Employee Retention Tax Credit Scheme. US Subsidiary is in process of evaluating the financial treatment of the said intimation and its impact on the financial results.You are requested to take the same on record.
