This is to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Liquidator on 29th October 2019 has considered and taken on record the Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results (Financial Statements) for the financial year ended 31st March 2019.
