Alchemist Corporation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday November 14 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company both on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30 2025. In continuation to our letter dated September 25 2025 regarding the closure of Trading Window from October 1 2025 till 48 hours after public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed till November 16 2025. You are requested to take the same on record.
