Proposal for expansion and modernization of the existing manufacturing plant;2. Proposal for partial sale of machinery which does not exceed twenty percent of the value of the total machinery of the Company and does not fall within the ambit of Section 180 of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to companys plan for modernisation of its plant.
